I’m Marion, living on a little smallholding in Wales with far too many animals and my mum, who keeps me on my toes. Most days are a blur of feeding, cleaning, sorting and caring, so looking after my own health has always come last. I used to be really active as a girl, always out on my horse or playing hockey, but life crept up on me. Somewhere between looking after everyone else and keeping the place running, I stopped paying attention to myself. I was tired all the time, aching, and my blood pressure shot up. The real wake-up call came after a hospital visit when they found a tumour in my uterus. It wasn’t cancer, thank goodness, but it made me realise that I’m not invincible.
When I started working with Tina from Life Longevity Zone, things shifted. She listened properly, no judgement, and helped me make a plan that felt doable. We worked on eating better, sleeping more, balancing my hormones and learning to say, “This is my time.” I swapped cheese and biscuits for proper food, learned to rest, and even started walking every day. The sugar cravings still appear, but I handle them without drama.

I am Valentina from Milano. I teach in a secondary school and have two teenage boys. In my twenties I ran and swam and felt strong. Later work grew busy. I sat more, ate fast, and slept late. The change was slow. Heartburn, bloating, and low energy became normal. One morning I felt breathless while tying my shoes. That was my sign.
