Your first entry into the zone will be to book a 90 -minute one-to-one “assesment session.” You’ll meet with Tina for a relaxed, confidential chat where we’ll get to know you, your health concerns, your lifestyle, your diet, your story.

In this 90-minute one-to-one session, we will take a full look at your current health challenges, lifestyle, nutrition, and overall wellbeing. Together, you’ll explore how you’re feeling, what’s been holding you back, and where you want to get to.

This isn’t a surface-level conversation. It’s a deep, guided assessment designed to connect the dots — so you can begin to understand your body in a clearer, more grounded way.

During the session, you’ll receive immediate, practical guidance to help you start making meaningful shifts right away — whether that’s around energy, digestion, stress, sleep, or daily habits.

Following your session, Tina will take time to review everything in detail. Around a week later, you’ll meet again for a follow-up consultation, where she will share a more complete, personalised plan to help you move forward with clarity and confidence.This is where your journey back into balance begins.

To achieve the best results, I encourage clients to commit to a minimum of 4 sessions. This gives us the time needed to uncover the root cause of your concerns, work towards your personal goals, introduce a new way of eating, build supportive habits and routines, and explore supplements or functional testing if appropriate. Each follow up allows us to fine tune your plan and make adjustments based on your progress.
