Our Mission…
At Life Longevity Zone, we’re on a mission to help people reclaim ownership of their health, their choices, and ultimately—their life and longevity. As partners in life and wellness, we—Todd and Justina—believe that true healing happens when every part of you is working in harmony. That’s what we call the Zone. It’s not a destination, it’s a way of being. A mindset. A balanced rhythm of body, mind, and spirit—where your nutrition supports you, your sleep restores you, your movement energizes you, and your stress doesn’t control you. Our work is about helping you get into that Zone—and stay there—so you can live a longer, healthier, more vibrant life with purpose and joy.

Todd
Born in Southern California and now based in the UK, I’m a British-American actor who’s spent the last three decades navigating stages, sets, and sound booths across the U.S. and Europe. But behind the curtain, my real transformation began with my health. I grew up a typical latchkey kid of the ’70s and ’80s—fuelled by microwave meals, sugary cereals, and chronic inflammation I didn’t yet have a name for. A late bloomer, in my 20s I was gangly, undernourished, and out of sync with my body. My early attempts at wellness were driven by a desire to gain weight and muscle—but I still lacked real knowledge about food, gut health, or the deeper connections between body and mind. I started practicing yoga and meditation daily and developed an interest and curiousity about nutrition and healthy diet. Even if I often got it wrong.
Fast-forward a few decades—and after smoking, stress, psoriasis, and a series of wake-up calls—I met my partner Justyna, and everything changed. Together, we dove into the science and soul of true health, rebuilding ourselves from the inside out. I ditched the beer and junk food, overhauled my lifestyle, and started living with purpose: not just to heal, but to stay well for good. As a father, partner, and lifelong learner, I believe it’s never too late to reset the path. Life Longevity Zone is our shared mission—a way to guide others toward vitality, clarity, and the kind of aging that feels less like decline and more like evolution.
